We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, resalable condition with original tags attached. Please note that items showing signs of wear or hair cannot be accepted for health and safety reasons.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear sooner for an upcoming adventure.
Is Ruffwear gear covered by a warranty?
Yes, we stand behind our products. We offer a limited lifetime warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, chewing, or improper use.
How should I clean and maintain my gear?
Most of our gear can be hand washed with mild detergent and air dried. For specific items like boots or technical apparel, please refer to the care instructions printed on the inner garment tag.
